Step 1: Download the Return Merchandise Form (download by clicking here), print and complete. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you cannot access the return form.
Step 2: Include the completed Return Merchandise Form with your merchandise when sending back.
Step 3: Mail your online return and Return Merchandise Form to the following address:
Shipping and Return Policies
- Any and all clearance items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes all markdowns and purchases made with a discount.
-Madison Road Collection ships to all US states. For international shipments, e-mail us for your own personal quote! We will get back to you within 24 hours.
-Orders are generally shipped out 24-48 hours after purchase. Saturday and Sunday purchases are shipped out Mondays unless of a US national holiday. If you need an order rushed and shipped out the same day, shoot us an e-mail! Feel free to contact us if you need an order by a specific day.
- We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages. Keep your tracking number for your records.
- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. No exceptions.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We inspect each item, steam, and fold before sending to your doorstep, so we are aware of how it leaves our hands!
- Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke &/ or perfume smell will not be accepted.
- Final Sale Items include: Jewelry, Socks, Camis, Hats, Purses, Wallets, Scarves, Sunglasses, Bandeaus, Bras, Speciality Bras, Swimwear, Accessories, and Belts*
- Please allow 7 business days after the receipt of the returned item for your return to be processed and your account credited.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is non-refundable and at the buyers expense, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at email@example.com explaining the situation with photos. We can send you a replacement item and send a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item.
